I’m walking into the Capitol to sign the objection to the Electoral College certification.
It’s important we always uphold our laws and our Constitution, no matter what.

Any Republican speaking against our Jan 6th objection tomorrow should join the Democrats who are ready to certify a stolen election.
Accepting election fraud is not “constitutional.”
It’s just wrong.

Tomorrow afternoon I will join Senator Ted Cruz in objecting to Electoral College results from Arizona, and I am carefully considering additional states that may require my objection.
Today I signed the official objection to the Pennsylvania electors ahead of tomorrow’s Electoral College certification vote.
We must fight for free and fair elections - and the rule of law.

Reporters are knowingly inciting violence against Republicans.
They must stop their advocacy.

Replying to @rickygervais: One Year Ago Today
Truth!!!
The Constitution clearly says that state legislatures write election laws, not executive officials and judges. Some states violated that section of the Constitution in the 2020 election and that's why I will object to Electoral College votes tomorrow.

Objecting to state electors is not undemocratic; it’s part of a specific checks and balances process outlined in federal law and our constitution. If state executive branch leaders violated their own election laws, then that’s fraudulent. Congress should not allow it.
