🎟️ | Refunds for the Brighton fixture will be processed this week, and should show in accounts by Friday.
🎟️ | Season Ticket Holders have until 12pm on Monday to request their refund for the Burnley fixture as Club Cash - plus an extra 10%.
Those who renewed in full would have received an email on Tuesday with details on how to claim.

⚒️ | With the Hammers playing at home behind closed doors this evening, supporters are reminded that our Stadium Store is closed on home matchdays.
🎟️| The exemption form for the Crystal Palace game was emailed this morning to Season Ticket Holders.
If you wish to declare yourself exempt from the game, please complete the form by 10am on Wednesday 9th December.
☕ | Don't forget! To welcome back our Season Ticket Holders, the Board and everyone at the Club are offering a free hot drink at London Stadium.
To redeem, head to your nearest kiosk in the stadium - turnstiles open at 16:00!

🏟️ | Entry bridges 1 and 3 to the stadium island will be open from 14:45.
Club London (turnstile B) will open at 15:00.
Turnstiles G and H will open at 16:00.
We would advise supporters to arrive at the stadium at least half an hour before kick-off.
☕ | Food and drink will be available inside the stadium from 16:00!
There is a limited menu on sale to ensure staff can socially distance in the kiosks.
Supporters are welcome to bring their own food and drink.

The name on your photo ID must match the name on your ticket, or you will not be able to enter London Stadium.
🎟️ | If you were successful in the ballot, but start to experience COVID-19 symptoms or are told to self-isolate - or you have any questions about your ticket, please call our Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966.

🎟️ | All supporters who were entered into the ballot should have received an email last night advising if they have been successful.
If you have been successful, you'll need to complete the health questionnaire by 3pm today to ensure you receive your ticket!
⚒️ | Season Ticket Holders who have paid in full will be automatically entered into a ballot for the opportunity to obtain tickets for Saturday's game.
If you are shielding or isolating, you can exempt from the ballot by filling in the form by 11am today⬇️
⚒️ | Our Club Stores - London Stadium, Liberty Romford, Lakeside Thurrock and Basildon Eastgate – and our Stadium Ticket Office have temporarily closed to personal callers in line with the latest Government guidance.
