I think Eremika fans should start accepting that Shuuko already read chapter 138 and that Erehisu is going to be canon. What I wonder is if we should retaliate against Isayama, for having lied to us and for humiliating his own Heroine 😩

@Jocoozo @BeastGrice @SyumiAru Bc it's not Erens wish, it's Mikasas imagination. This part is only a what if scenario from Mikasas POV. Eren cares for Armin and Freedom more than Mikasa, Mikasa tries to maintain her image of young hopeful Eren but realizes he changed and she needs to kill him for humanity
I'm aware that the TL is oversaturated by AoT discourse and I don't want to add to it unnecessarily, but I wanted to share my twopence on why I consider this to be the worst chapter of the series and why it ruined what I loved about the series.
You're free to disagree.
If ppl are saying "Eren would have ran w Mikasa if she admitted her feelings". Then why are some fighting the "If she wouldve said something the Rumbling wouldn't happen." Cuz it didn't matter what she said. What Eren showed her was an au where it would matter.//
Everyone who thinks that Eren would have actually run off with Mikasa are not understanding Eren's character. That flash was something that could happen but never could. Eren would not abandon Paradis or "freedom". He's been that way//
So aot is a manga full of extremely dark scenes and gore including seeing people burned crushed and eaten alive in detail but Mikasa kisses a decapitated head as a final goodbye as is common goodbye in a lot of cultures and thats where y’all draw the line
I hope that it's like this. That Mikasa isn't ACTUALLY doing romantic shit rn. This is the Smiling Titan thing all over again. I want to believe that she was just saying goodbye to him-- because she has to realize that now isn't the time for romance?//
